The staff were caring and very friendly. Everything was first-class. Loved the amenities in the room, such as the mini bar, flat-screen TV, and climate control. The service was excellent. The food was good.

We have traveled for close to 40 years and this is the first hotel vacation that we have ever returned to - this was our third trip! Excellent service, beautiful location, hotel staff are wonderful. Absolutely no negative comments to write.

The beautiful building of this luxurious hotel and its magnificent location really impressed me. The room was good sized and top-notch. The delicious breakfast and other services were outstanding. The shuttle from the airport was a super convenient feature. The food at the seaside restaurant was great.

I stayed here for 8 nights and didn't want to leave. Everything was first-class, excellent location near restaurants and beaches. The staff was caring, very friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. The room was extremely spacious and top-notch. Thanks for the excellent service, including the shuttle to nearby towns. I enjoyed a seaside restaurant with delicious Italian meals.

Beach was un-swimmable. Facility was quite away from downtown ($30.00US each way, no shuttle) only 2 restaurants on site, menu got rather monotonous after 4 days there.

The hotel was only running at 60% because of the hurricane. I wish I would have known that I would have stayed somewhere else. They had just opened the week before. I didn't pay as if the hotel was running at 60%. No happy about that.

The hotel offers top-notch and well-appointed rooms in a beachfront location. We experienced 5-star service at the fine restaurants in the hotel. The beds were comfy, and the room amenities included climate control, a private safe, and pay television.

Free wifi would have been even better

Good service, delicious breakfast spread. Delightful views of the ocean from recently renovated rooms, caring employees. Location just next door to the fine restaurants, Hilton Los Cabos and the best beach on Cabo.

The hotel was luxurious and fairly clean, with amazing beach views. The pool was great, and the staff was the best. I loved the recently refurbished room and the great breakfast. The service provided was outstanding. Their shuttle service from the airport was excellent. The location was stunning for walking around Cuadra San Francisco. The restaurant served superb Italian specialties.

We stayed here primarily for the swimable beach. It is somewhat swimable but relative to most of the rest of Cabo it was a lot more so. The on-site food was good but very overpriced. Rooms were good size and clean but a bit dated.

For what we got, we left feeling the resort was excessively overpriced. We stay at high end 5 star places around the world and this was barely 5 star quality while charging very high end US/European type prices. Service was mixed quality. Most were very good but a couple interactions left us wondering.
